An important part of the care we provide is to educate our Family Members about the medications that are prescribed, including their benefits, potential side effects, and how to take them properly.
- Pharmacy collaboration
Prescribing medications is only the first step in managing those medications. We work with your pharmacist to ensure you receive the correct medications and dosage, considering any allergies or medical conditions that might adversely affect a positive outcome.
